Friday, May 15th

• 9:15 - 9:45 - Check-in & welcome (juice, coffee, tea and light breakfast snacks provided)

• 10:00 - 11:30 - Workshop Slot #1

• 11:30 - 12:30 - Lunch (provided)

• 12:30 - 14:00 - Workshop Slot #2

• 14:00 - 14:15 - Break (light snacks provided)

• 14:15 - 15:45 - Workshop Slot #3

​Saturday, May 16th

​

• 9:30 - 10:00 - Check-in (juice, coffee, tea and light breakfast snacks provided)

• 10:00 - 11:30 - Workshop Slot #4 

• 13:00 - 16:00 - Awards gala and screening at SFU Goldcorp Centre for the Arts (doors @ 12:30)

Note: Lunch is not provided on Saturday

All students who have registered for a workshop, plus their teacher chaperone(s), will automatically be registered for the Awards Gala and Film Screening on Saturday. All other guests (parents, friends, family, caregivers etc.) must RSVP via Eventbrite to secure a free ticket (link will be emailed to our mailing list 2 weeks before the gala). Students who submitted a film but didn’t register for the workshops must also RSVP via Eventbrite if they plan to attend the screening.
